Non appena acquisti il buono regalo, riceverai un’email di conferma. Entro 24 ore, ti invieremo una seconda email con allegato il buono regalo personalizzato in formato digitale PDF, che potrai consegnare al destinatario.Il buono regalo includerà il tuo messaggio personale per il destinatario, le sue istruzioni d’uso e il codice sconto da utilizzare in fase di prenotazione.Il buono regalo potrà essere utilizzato per la prenotazione di qualsiasi esperienza quante volte si desidera fino al consumo dell’intero valore.

Q: How to redeem a gift voucher?

Per utilizzare un buono regalo basterà selezionare un’esperienza e inserire il codice unico ricevuto nel riquadro “Hai un codice?” della pagina di pagamento.Il sistema sconterà in automatico il valore dell’esperienza e permetterà di confermare la prenotazione senza richiedere alcun pagamento (se non l’eventuale differenza, nel caso il totale superi il valore residuo del buono regalo).Il buono regalo conterrà tutte le istruzioni per l’utilizzo. How it works

You choose the experience, who receives it decides when to live it.

The gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date you choose and can be customised with a personalised message.

After purchase, you will receive the digital gift voucher by email in PDF format to be handed over to the recipient.

How to buy the gift voucher?

Choose the date when the gift voucher becomes valid
Select the number of people who will live the experience to choose the value of the gift voucher and click on "Book Now".
On the next page, fill in the fields "Recipient's name" "Personal message" "Signature" - as you want them to appear on the gift voucher, then complete the purchase

Once the gift voucher is purchased, what happens?

As soon as you purchase the gift voucher, you will receive a confirmation email. Within a few hours, we will send you a second email with an attached personalised gift voucher in digital PDF format, which you can give to the recipient.

The gift voucher will include your personal message to the recipient, instructions for its use and the discount code to redeem the voucher when booking.

The gift voucher will be valid for booking any experience as many times as wished until its full value has been used up.

How to redeem a gift voucher?

To redeem a gift voucher, the recipient will need to simply select an experience, proceed to the check-out page and enter the unique gift code in the "Do you have a code?" box.

The system will automatically discount the value of the experience and allow the user to confirm the booking without requiring any payment (except for any difference if the total exceeds the remaining value of the gift voucher).

The gift voucher will contain all the instructions for its use. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

How long is the gift voucher valid for?

All gift vouchers issued by Loliv are valid for 12 months.
