Passionate about food since ever, he has been working in the world of ice cream for 18 years, with the mission of enhancing the excellence of raw materials. Despite his young age, he has won several prizes, which have also allowed him to join the Italian National Gelato Team. He continues his constant quest to create gelato flavours that are not only good but also guide those who taste them through a multi-sensory journey.

Detailed Programme

Giordy will welcome you in the workshop of his academy, where he offers professional and beginner courses on gelato and pastry making. It is here that he carries out his constant research to create cutting-edge ice cream flavours from selected ingredients.

At the beginning of the artisanal gelato making class, Giordy will tell you about his path as a master gelato maker and introduce you to the world of gelato, revealing the secrets of good artisanal gelato. He will then show you the ingredients you will use together to make ice cream, preparing you for an unforgettable multi-sensory journey.

Next, getting to the heart of the artisanal gelato making class, Giordy will guide you through the preparation of two different flavours using the professional equipment in his workshop. The two flavours will be proposed according to the seasonality of the ingredients available, something Giordy is very careful about, in order to use products that are always fresh, natural and locally produced. You will thus learn recipes to repeat at home with a simple ice cream maker.

The experience will end with a tasting of the ice cream freshly made during the artisanal gelato making class. Here, you will have time to chat with Giordy to ask him all the questions you want and learn more about his history as a master gelato maker.
